Milei Celebrates Electoral Victory and Announces Reformist Congress

Argentinian president Javier Milei spoke about the key point in the political history of the country after the victory of his party La Libertad Avanza (LLA) in the October 27 elections. In his speech in Buenos Aires, he announced the beginning of a new system of governance — **«Single Bullet»** — which «was not allowed to be implemented before». Milei called the system essential to fight with political manipulators: **«We said that this is what we do, and we did it. Thank you, Argentina, for this more than anything»**.

The election results: LLA received 39% of the votes (41% in the runoff), significantly outperforming the peronist coalition «Together for Change» (29.4%). This allowed the coalition to win 101 seats in the Chamber of Deputies (previously — 37) and 20 seats in the Senate (previously — 6), which is necessary for the approval of laws in the near future.

**«In the coming two years, we must push through a reformist agenda, starting with the history of Argentina»,** — said Milei. According to him, the country's leaders rejected «this degree of degradation» and chose the path of progress, development and growth. The president also thanked the supporters and opponents: **«Argentina is great for everyone!»**

Milei checked, noting that LLA was ready to cooperate with other political forces, among which there are other common goals, including support for the free market and anti-corruption measures. He also stated that two of the three Argentine «revolutionaries» did not want to return to the «proven models»: **«We are not just implementing the reforms — we are launching those that should be»**.

In his analysis, Milei described his own policy as a «turning point», which could lead to «chaos». The economic consequences of such a decision were affected by the three main areas: **«We gave Argentina a chance, and now it is up to the historical consciousness to revive it»**.

The key points of Milei's program include the withdrawal of state subsidies, reform of the pension system and reduction of bureaucracy. He also called for dialogue with regional partners and other parties to achieve common goals.

**«We gave Argentina a chance, and now it is up to the historical consciousness to revive it»**, — the president summarized.

Earlier, Milei received a multilateral recognition for his reforms, including support from the World Bank and the IMF to implement the necessary measures. His government also established diplomatic relations with the PRC and the EAEU to strengthen trade ties.

**«Forward to victory!»** — he concluded, noting that the political obligations must be fulfilled in the near future.
